Pankh Scholarship

Pankh Scholarship is the flag ship CSR project at Tata Capital, focusing on the education of the need and economically challenged candidates from India. Program was developed based on the base line survey conducted at the company level.
As a project manager; Designed process document, work-flow process, created project scope and delivered the project on the given time line. The process included selecting the candidates, due-diligence of the candidates, field visit (Home and school visit) for better understanding, Authorized signatory for approving the cost and budget for the scholarship, Approval of candidates, disbursing and end to end reviewing and monitored of the project. This project benefited 110 students over a period of 3 years and was awarded as best practice program at the Tata Group company level.
DhanGyan | Financial Literacy

DhanGyan is a digital e-learning platform by Tata Capital in association with Center for Environment Research and Education. E-learning module provides comprehensive learning on real-world financial skills.
As Project manager, I Assisted in restructuring the digital platform, marketing the E-learning course at the corporate, Government and for the not-for-profit organizations. Conducted more than 15 workshop, seminars reaching up to 2000 users at the company level to promote the digital financial literacy.
This E-learning platform won CSR Community Initiative Awards 2017, for its contents, user friendly interface and the structure of the learning modules.

Mumbai Mobile Creches (MMC)
Mumbai Mobile Creches is a non-profit organization in Mumbai that works with children of migrant construction workers living on construction sites. MMC in association with Tata Capital aimed at providing child-friendly and healthy lifestyle for the children living at the construction site. Early education, child development and mid-day meals were the programs conducted along with Tata Capital.
Responsible for managing, developing, implementing and reporting communication with regards to project, handling social media, fundraising, partnership. Identified program and activities best suitable for the organization and their beneficiaries. Developed early learning methodologies and techniques along with the staff, planned meal chart and ensured meals were provided to the children at the construction site, twice in a day. As a holistic approach involved parents and builders to be a part of their weekly meeting for sustainability and the betterment of the project. Created strategies and communication plan, Monitored, tracked and reported the program developments and their impact at the organization level. Coordinated and built long-term relationship with stakeholder and partners associated with MMC.
Health Care
Tata Capital believes in creating positive impact by improving the wellbeing of the community. In association with the Not-for-profits company treatment is provided to the Speech and hearing-impaired children’s, Medical Aid and Treatment for Cancer patients.
Assisted in Partnership with Medical institutes, monitor not for profits, communicating and providing them with the best possible solutions for challenges.
