Welcome to 21.C, Brian Ganter’s Teaching Portfolio
Brian Ganter [~he, him~] currently works and resides in Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish, shíshálh, Lil’Wat, and Musqueam territories in the Settler City and State of Vancouver, BC, Canada.
He is a Faculty member in the Department of English at Capilano University in North Vancouver and Sechelt. Brian is a citizen of both the United States and Canada.
He has also taught at Douglas College and the University of Washington (Seattle, US). He occasionally teaches at or gives talks and workshops at other post-secondary institutions in the Lower Mainland.
He was educated throughout the U.S. in New York and Seattle (WA) and has taught at various Colleges in the U.S., Canada, and Japan.
Brian is a filmmaker, photographer, + a musician. In his former life he worked as a Programmer delivering Media Literacy workshops and public talks for the Education Department at The Cinematheque.
His films have shown at screenings + festivals in the British Museum (London), Seattle; Italy; Vancouver and Victoria, BC; New York; and elsewhere.
