Dear sister, I can still remember how we play together and fight a lot in our childhood, my dear sister. Remember the last time we met in “The Harbour Park” near our grandma’s home and had our most-liked ice-cream and revised our childhood memories? It’s been more than a year we haven’t met each other. I used to leave messages and calls but didn’t get any reply. Then, mom told me about the turnover in your life. She told me about the incidents you gone through. Why you didn’t call me or left me any message? You always share everything with me. Then why didn’t this one? I know that no one can understand that aching feeling in your heart. Losing your best-friend is the worst feeling ever, indeed. Moreover, I got shocked after listening the news that you stopped going to you art and music classes due failure in your studies. This is not the way to deal with higher studies. I understand that failure demotivates you. Losing the path that follows your passion will leave you in regret. It’s devastating. I must say that you have to find constructive ways to get over it. I get to know that you keep yourself off the track and cancel the plans most of the times due to your depression. My dear sister, this is not the way to deal with the problems. You have to understand that everything heals with the time. Being your younger sister, I know you in and out. I know that my words matter to you. I know you are losing your way, your comfort, confidence, self-esteem and motivation. Here, the motion picture like “Inside Out” by Zohreh centres on feelings inside the head which will help you in understanding positive and negative feelings by observing every action. It will help you in understanding diverse aspects of life and how to induce over the torment. This movie focuses on the emotions. You will learn the importance of emotions and how to deal with the changes in that. I believe, you will get to know your worth by watching this animated movie. This motion picture will offer you comfort and you will find herself in a whole another world. Emotions color and shape experiences. You can relate your past experiences with different sections of the movie and will learn new ways to deal with it. Furthermore, I do have included a book namely “Understanding and Treating Depression: Ways to find hope and help”. Reading book will help you bring an immense sense of calm and will boost your self-esteem. The book will offer you assistance in understanding how to treat and deal with misery. You will definitely find your comfort while watching movie and then reading the book. I know you love singing and listening your favorite songs because it easily changes your mood. I believe, listening to your favorite songs give you relaxation, pleasure and comfort. Next, the Article namely “Turning ‘I Can’t’ into ‘I will’” by Margaret offers energy which is needed to boost up your confidence. You will get to know how to manage the anxiety that follows depression. Margaret wrote, “if anxiety symptoms are going to rule their lives, then their lives don’t seem worth living”. So, here my advice to you is that try to overcome everything by ignoring the negative influences and follow the path to happiness. You will get to realize that you can do things in a better way. Moreover, the poetry is organized in a way that you will going to love the art and wordings. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam said that “poetry comes from the highest happiness or the deepest sorrow”. You will realize that the things which happened in the past should not affect your future. You will feel love and purity in the sections of the novel. I always remember the way you gifted me different and precious things in order to make me learn new skills and to bring a long-curved smile on my face.
