I recently retuned from Spain were I had an assignment as an ESL instructor at Fundació Llor, Sant Boi de’ l Lobregat, Barcelona, Spain . During my stay in Spain I had the great opportunity to make friends and to research on how people study and learn in other countries.
I had the chance to experience a variety of educational approaches of studying a second language in school, and to learn about Spain, autonomous communities and their challenges.
I also had the great opportunity to directly observe the historical event of the Catalan governments unilateral declaration of independence, and the events which occurred during the month of October 2017, referendum and protests pro / contra separation.
My stay in Spain provided me the world-wide experience I needed to become a proficient ESL instructor. I had the opportunity to improve my Spanish and to learn some Catalan.
