The work community is very important to write about because of those few key points. Having to work for 5 &#8211; 8 hours at a time has increased my discipline to carry out tasks that take the greater amount of my focus. I see it as a challenge to compete amongst my fellow workmates to see how many things I can get done in one shift, and please my boss. Work has also increased my social skills because you a forced in to working with strangers you have never met, and you must communicate with them in order to work efficiently. At last, I have learned to work with people of many different backgrounds. The workforce at SportCheck is a very diverse community, and has allowed me to make connections with peers of various ethnic and racial backgrounds.
