{"id":42,"date":"2020-09-21T00:16:07","date_gmt":"2020-09-21T00:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eportfolios.capilanou.ca\/chelsyzugazaga2\/?p=42"},"modified":"2020-09-21T14:59:38","modified_gmt":"2020-09-21T14:59:38","slug":"ides-131-02-masters-copy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eportfolios.capilanou.ca\/chelsyzugazaga2\/ides-131-02-masters-copy\/","title":{"rendered":"IDES &#8211; 131 02 Masters Copy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Presented is a&nbsp; reproduction of artist Albrecht D\u00fcrers (May 1471 \u2013 6 April 1528) \u201d<em>Betende Hande<\/em>\u201d transferred from an 8.5 x 11 printed copy to a larger 18 X 24 cartridge paper using an 1\u2019 x 1\u2019 to 2\u2019 x 2\u2019 square gridding system and a graphite pencil (the original drawing was done with pen and ink, on blue coloured paper). The focus of this project is to observe and reproduce shading and tonal values when drawing, to match the original artwork to the best of our ability.
