My mood board events:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
  • Lorenzo de Medici became ruler of Florence (1469)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    • Moghul emperor Shah Jahan completed the Taj Mahal (1648)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      • Palais de Versailles completed in ornate baroque style (1710)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        I chose these events because they seemed interesting to me, and they share a common theme of class and elegance. A huge brainstorming process went into making connections. I actually thought about the event connections for days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        After researching these events, I really understand them. Choosing photos for the mood board helped me visualize each period. Although it difficult at first, making connections between the event and subtopics resulted in my deeper understanding of their place in history. Reflecting on event impacts is important, rather than simply reading about facts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Invision was definitely hard to figure out. I finally understand all the icons\/layout of the site after using it for over a week. It’s tricky at first, but now that I can use it, I really like it\u2019s appearance, and it\u2019s fairly simple to make projects with. The layout is professional and clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        It was hard for me to grasp the project concept for awhile. The updated brief and the Invision board source example really helped me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Honestly, I am happy with the end product of my mood board. Making it was important for me to learn about the importance of making connections. In design, connections are important to convey meaningful, effective communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        I give myself a 10\/10<\/strong>. I worked extremely hard with good time management. My layout is structured, and I was creative creating section and note titles. Every section is themed by picture colour coordination. I took the time to brainstorm insightful connections and understand Invision. The mood board is laid out correctly: sectioned by event; notes for connections; 18 images with captions, credit, and key words; and an engaging title with a background image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
