Hello there!

My name is Gurman. I was born on 11th August,2001 in the state of Punjab, India. I am a person who thinks that success requires integrity, passion, and sincerity. My hobby is to cook, paint, and read.

I’ve always wanted to be a businesswoman. I watched, read, and heard about various successful businesswomen on television and in newspapers, books, and magazines from a young age; they not only inspired girls like myself to be financially independent, but also to dream of creating a life for oneself. My passion led me to Capilano University in North Vancouver, British Columbia, where I am currently studying a Diploma in Business Administration.

My strengths include being a good listener, team player, and being imaginative in my job. I’ve always used these skills in the team projects I do to understand other perspectives and respond effectively to enhance communication and collaboration. I am cooperative and respectful, to achieve shared goals. I am looking forward to the opportunity to put my abilities to use and make a significant contribution to a team or organization

It is my final semester at Capilano University, and in this short period I have prepared myself for a career in business. The concepts, skills, and experiences I have learnt at CapU will help me throughout my life in having a good career and great life.

After graduation, I aim to apply my knowledge of the business industry to find a job that will allow me to put my skills learned throughout my studies to use and then work to enhance them day by day to become a successful manager.
