Through this Typography Zine project, I was able to creatively demonstrate my knowledge of William Caslon and typography through the ages. William Caslon interested me because of how his typeface paved the way for much more modern sophisticated fonts. This was my first time creating a zine so I spent a lot of time researching and planning out how I could make it visually appealing. After playing around with different mediums and papers I decided to use watercolours on mixed media paper. Once I came up with the topics and concepts for each page I decided a blue and tan theme would fit nicely.
Other than the fact that some of my illustrations could have been executed neater I think I did a good job on this project and would give myself an 8/10.
