After completing the BADM 268 course, I have gained a plethora of knowledge and experience in various aspects of business development and management. Here are some of the key things I have learned through my journey:
Importance Of Networking: While completeting the MindFul Hiring project, I learnt the importance of networking with professionals and industry experts to gain insights and build connections. Through attending the meetings with entrepenours and reaching out to other business owners , I was able to build valuable relationships that helped me learn about what it takes to start a succesful business
While completeting the Mindful Hiring project i also learned how to effectively manage a team and create a positive work culture. I developed skills in communication, delegation, and conflict resolution to ensure that my team members felt valued and motivated to contribute to the company’s success.
BADM 268 taught me many valuable life and business lessons that I am sure I will use majorly in the future, and has got me excited to start my own business in the future!
