If there is one attribute in life that everyone needs to possess in order to be accepted by others it would have to be the ability to care. Care has two sides to it, there is the physical side where you take care of yourself by eating healthy and exercise and then there is the emotional side where you attach importance to something or someone. Physical care for some people is not an easy task. For instance to stay healthy one may need to be motivated to eat a salad instead of a burger. Emotional care requires one to have empathy for the other and is able to help them in their worst times. Being someone who cares isn’t easy. There are lots of things that can get in the way of what you care for. Trust is an important attribute to have with the person you care for. If you want to care for someone you need to trust them to fully care for them and it needs to go the other way as well because if one doesn’t have trust they will not care much for them and potentially use them to their own self gain and not give anything in return. Laziness and unwillingness also can get in the way of self-care by choosing to take the easier path instead of putting in a little bit of work. It’s like having the option to either go out and put in work to stay in shape or stay at home and watch Netflix, staying home is easier but your not taking care of yourself. In general care involves giving importance to something, for example you need a healthy body to do the things that you want like sports and to take care of or give care to others. But like a lot of things in life caring doesn’t come without some troubles that need to be overcome to fully care for something. Care is important for everyone as it gives one a purpose and it gets others to care for them so they have someone to look to for help.
