INTERSECTIONALITY

Intersectionality is a focal point through which can see where the force comes and impacts, where it interlocks and meets. It’s not just that there’s a race issue here, a sexual orientation issue here, and a class or LGBTQ issue there. Ordinarily that system eradicates what happens to individuals who are dependent upon these things. It is an aspect of a person’s social identities based on race, gender and color. In addition to this, according to Kimberles Intersectionality is a metaphor for understanding social problems such as feminism, and gender stereotypes. Racism and sexism overlapping creating multiple choice of social justice and violence. There is an example of black woman who was not hired for job because she was black woman and she claimed in the court, Judge dismiss her claim. However , prejudice also take place in some schools and educational institutions. To solve this problem, education should be given by removing all the stereotypes based on their identity. To conclude, society judge one’s identity based on racism, sexism and gender stereotypes which leads to social problems, if society stops this, then all these problems can be stopped.
