Objective:
To market our product efficiently and retain a healthy profit
Group members had specific positions in the company and were in charge to apply specific marketing strategies.
At the end of the semester, we had to compile a report analyzing the metrics we were given via our decisions. We came out 1st place among our class.

Boston Pizza Inc.
Class: Management
Objective:
The scope of the project was to analyze and compile a business analysis of a company of your choice. I chose Boston Pizza.
I ended up getting an A- on the project, as I gave a very thorough and detailed breakdown of the business model of Boston Pizza, using various analysis tools such as SWOT as well.
