This is a workpiece I have made talks about the different beliefs in the Christain and Muslim religion, mostly focusing on the concept of their God’s and beliefs. The reason I choose to write about this is for my persuasive essay in the first semester of my first year of university; was because of how I knew new the topic and had a motive to believe it could be argumentive. On the whole, the concept sparked with a sensitive topic of religion with a dear friend of mine. We debated for a bit about who God was in both aspects of our religion and, in her perspective, she believed Christians and Muslims believed in the same God and I did not. Furthermore, this led me to do my own research not in spite, but for my own curiosity as well. From this piece I did not aspect to learn as much as I did, it was marvelous to see both religions and their teachings and foundations of God. The research itself was also very interesting, each side of religion had their arguments through personal beliefs and also through their scriptures. Essentially what I took from writing this essay is that I indisputably love to challenge myself in writing, the nontrivial, taboo topics that sometimes are in need to be taken head-on! Finding new questions to write about and delivering a new outlook on what a possible answer could be.
