“Quality Wholesale initially started as a brick and mortar store that I founded with my brothers Steve and Mike. While running the store, we faced constant logistics, supply and cost issues in stocking our goods, as there was no local wholesalers willing or capable to deal in the capacity we required. This has certainly created challenges, however, these differences have strengthened us as a company and lead to our diverse business model we employ today that allows each of the three of us to spread the workload better and keep our company running successful.”

What has been the most rewarding part of your career as an entrepreneur?

“Completing our new warehouse building is the first moment that comes to mind for me. Construction was a long and labored process and dealing with construction of the building while maintaining status quo in the business was a lot to handle, however once the project was complete it was a feeling like no other.”

Do you have any advice for someone looking to begin a career in entrepreneurship?

“While being an entrepreneur certainly has its challenges, it has also been incredibly rewarding for me. If I could give one piece of advice to new entrepreneurs, it would be to prioritize a good team around you. I believe a company is only as strong as its weakest link, so ensuring your business partners and employees are fully on board with you is essential.”
