I completely disagree with this topic and I do not like what this is implying. Human temperament has nothing to do with how your body is shaped. Your body shape is a result of your genetics and body conditions. Someone can have the best eating and exercise habits, be the happiest person in the world, but still be overweight if they have hypothyroidism. It’s the same for people with overactive metabolism. They would be lethargic and skinny from not being able to take in as much nutrients as their body burns through. Self worth IS NOT solely reliant on body type. That is the most upsetting part of what I read on this. Looking fitter does not result in a better personality.
