It may\naffect my sales but it will be profitable for me because it will be an\nunrelated competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mall overview &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\nis place where you can easily buy groceries, get a massage, do a little\nbanking, pick out a bottle of wine, take a tan, book a flight or get together\nwith your friends or family for a coffee or meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nfollowing are some brief details of the mall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancillary:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 42,995 (38 stores)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total\nGLA:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 54,607 sq ft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safeway&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 37,000 sq ft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shoppers\nDrug Mart&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 9,011 sq ft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>North\nShore Credit Union&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4,055 sq ft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\nis ample space for parking and there is a combination of big and small stores\nin the mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some\nof the business which already exists in the mall are Canada Safeway, A&amp;W,\nShoppers Drug Mart, Aspire Naturopathic Health Centre, CIBC ABM, Blue Shore\nFinancial, Cobs Bread, Parkgate Farm Market, Parkgate Village Dental Centre,\nParkgate Medical Centre, Parkgate Optical etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My\nstore price would be medium keeping in mind the projections of 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\nwould be banking with CIBC because it is near to my store and will be\nconvenient for me. Moreover, there is a western union in Safeway which I can\nuse for any international transfer because of its low service charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My\nhours of operation will be from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking\nabout the traffic problem, it is rough during winters because of snow whereas in\nsummers people usually come to have snacks and visit other shops in the mall\nwith their family or friends which will help to increase sales. Hence, during\nwinters it may impact my sales more as compared to summers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A brief description of my store is as\nfollows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It will be a store which\nwill provide mix shoes of different brands like Adidas, Nike, Reebok etc.<\/li><li>There will be stock for\nboth men and women and the price would be affordable, basically depending upon\nthe product.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Hence, people living\naround the mall doesn\u2019t have to travel way back to Vancouver just to buy some\npair of shoes.<\/li><li>I would love to deal with\nvarious kind of shoes like casual, formal, sports, work and for little kids too.\nHence, the store will be classified according to its type.<\/li><li>The storefront will be open,\nimpeccable, modern and made up of glass.
