About Me

Capilano University, North Vancouver, B.C

As a North American Business Management program student at Capilano University, I am currently learning essential skills which help me become a well rounded, knowledgeable, and dedicated professional.

After completing my Bachelor of Commerce as well as Master of Business in Economics (Finance), I have gathered varied, essential skills and experience in various roles as an Assistant Manager / Financial Analyst / Accountant / Senior Finance Officer / Bookkeeper in Johnson Matthey.

I am also passionate about giving back to the community and volunteering. Currently, I volunteer at Easter Seals as an accounting Clerk, and at Capilano University in their Performing Arts program. I have also volunteered previously, teaching underprivileged kids from impoverished background, as well as those living in shelters.

In the future, I am looking forward to having interesting and fulfilling challenges and enhancing my skills by bringing all my different experiences into a work environment. Also I want to become a strategic planner as I have required skill i.e data analysis, attention to detail, leadership and time management.

Besides being a hard-worker and a quick learner, I am also very rooted in the knowledge that learning is a journey, not a destination, and applying your skills diligently is very important. Learning from others is what makes an admirable professional, and I will be in constant pursuit of that humbling, but fulfilling goal.
