  • Managed the boat’s interior department to provide superior service for the Owners and their Guests.
  • Communicated between Guests and Chefs to create daily lunch & diner menus based on Guests’ preferences, Chefs suggestions and food pairing.
  • Maintained inventory supplies of food & drinks, uniform, flowers, cleaning products, toiletries, etc.
  • Created and maintained all of the interior manuals, checklists, service sequence and guest preferences in Microsoft Excel & Word for the future stewardess training and smooth operation. 
  • Directed, motivated and trained the new-hired stewardesses to meet industry standards and guest needs.
