- Worked in the Room Service Department. Responsibilities included but not limited to accurately take orders, verifying with the guest both the order, the room number and the time it will be delivered by.
- Severed in the ship’s café.
- Promoted to the Assistant Waiter in dining room, which involved serving food and beverages, setting up dining room between meals, cleaning and sanitizing workstations.
