In this poster, we see how the principle of continuity is used. The yellow rings form a line that eventually reaches the letter “o” in the word “work”. Furthermore, since they go together in a chain, we relate them into one group.

To describe closure as a part of Gestalt Theory, I took editorial illustration from designer Eiko Ojala. Here we can distinctly see a break in the design element, where the leg representing the government presses into the “void,” which actually represents the face and public servants.
