From the meetings with my mentor, I found having a group brainstorming with industry professionals can be very different and powerful. After I talked about my idea, Jesse talked about his vision and suggestions. We expanded on the idea further together and brought it to a new level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From phase one, Jesse and I have some miscommunications on dates resulting in us missing an opportunity to meet. I learned that it’s necessary to have the dates included when scheduling a meeting, not just saying tomorrow or this Thursday at 7 pm. this could minimize lots of misunderstandings and miscommunications. I also learned that industry professionals can be really busy, email ahead would be a good strategy to do when comes to scheduling meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
