My name is Ben.  I was born in Vancouver and I am a student at Capilano University in the Bachelor of Business Administration program, and am a regualr contributor for my university’s newspaper team, the Capilano Courier.

My goal for university is to graduate and get a job that not only pays well, but is either something I actually enjoy doing, or in a field of interest I am passionate about, such as media.  I believe that a career should be about someone’s passion, otherwise getting a full-time job in a field someone would consider boring would just be a waste of time in my opinion.

If I work on something that I enjoy, then I tend to be a hard worker trying my best to go past the bare minimum of whatever assignment catches my interest.  I am also considered a creative person, and always trying to brainstorm different ideas and seeing how I can improvise and work with what I have.
