PR Plan: Final Report for CityStudio North Vancouver

This final report was created with my partner, Karen Ha, for CMNS 495: Media Campaigns with Jane Ince in Spring 2021. This report is directed to our client, CityStudio North Vancouver, which analyzes the key measurements of our PR plan and determines the success of our campaign. Although the final report was completed when the campaign was only half-way finished, this report provides our client with insight on how the campaign is doing and where it is headed for the following weeks.

Psychological Health and Wellbeing of Canadian Healthcare Workers

This research report was conducted for our client, the Capitals Coalition, in spring 2021 for the class BADM 460: Business & Society.

The goal of this research report is to provide our client with Canadian initiatives for our topic, relating to human capital in Canada. All research and citations were done by Kiona Graham and Kendrah Johal conducted the primary research as she had the chance to interview a family member who worked in the healthcare industry.

This topic is specifically important and relevant to today’s age because the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted the industry and its workers. Change is necessary.

PR Plan for CityStudio North Vancouver

This is a work integrated learning public project created by Karen and Kiona for CMNS 495: Media Campaigns with Jane Ince in Spring 2021. The public relations plan was created for CityStudio North Vancouver and their virtual student showcase called HUBBUB. The purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness about the HUBBUB Showcase while increasing their social media presence.

Consumer Purchase Journey: Comparison & Presentation

This PowerPoint Presentation was completed in Spring 2020 for BMKT 364: Consumer Behaviour. The purpose of this project is to analyze a consumer’s purchasing journey, when they purchased a car. Libby and I conducted research with our consumer named James, and Sean and Jenaya analyzed their consumer named Jill.

Once the research was concluded, both teams came together analyze and compare both consumers. The PowerPoint slide deck was created by Kiona Graham and was formatted to be printer-friendly, as requested from our teacher. Kiona’s voice clips are also on slides 5-7.

How Car Autopilot Works: ADAS

This research paper is a term project from Spring 2020 for BADM 201: Business Information Systems. Each team had to teach the class how any technology works and we chose to explain Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems aka car autopilot.

Kiona Graham was the team leader of this research paper. She was in charge of the paper format as she initiated the research process and prepared and organized all the headings, and assigned the parts to each student. Our teacher also requested headshots of each group member on the cover page.

Consumer Analysis Report: Car Purchase Journey

This consumer analysis report was completed by Libby and Kiona for BMKT 364: Consumer Behaviour in Spring 2020. The report is concise and the word count limit was 600 words. It is a primary research report and an interview was conducted with our target consumer as well as an analysis of his consumer purchasing journey of acquiring a new car.
