This week was really exciting! I got to help with the finishing touches on I show I can actually talk about now! THE SLOWEST SHOW! I have been helping the team by designing merchandise assets for a new show, “The Slowest Show” that came out on CBC Gem on March 26th. I helped brainstorm launch ideas with the team’s social media strategist, Leah (https://www.leahgregg.com/), designed stickers for the cast, and picked out my favourite moments from the show to make into gifs! I have since seen some of the cast and producers with my stickers (OH MY GOOODDD) and now I can’t wait to see how the show does! The rest of the week I got to spend working on an illustration commission I got outside of the practicum, and my personal project, the kid’s book I’m writing and illustrating (imagery soon to come!). Because all the current projects are coming to a close, I don’t have as much to help with so I’m taking advantage of the time I have to work on my book!
