Don’t be a stranger, get to know me!
My name is Sarah Haglund, I am currently enrolled in the IDEA program which is a Bachelor’s in visual communication. The hardest part so far in my university experience is knowing whether I made the right choice or not, because no one can tell you that except yourself. Ideally I’d love to do art, a trade, and work with animals. I’ve always believed I was an artist at heart in many ways, and I’m so grateful my supportive family for helping me along the way. Many people have influenced me, especially my dad. He is a loyal man you can count on; who sets goals for himself and achieves them. I also found a passion for helping the environment such as promoting my concerns through illustration designs as well as in my daily life. A few goals I’ve set for myself currently and for the future are to attempt the zero waste challenge, support sustainable local farmers, and live in a tiny home. If you are interested in knowing a fact or two about me, well I’ll tell you, I am a popcorn/movie addict and I love to dance especially to 80’s music.
