For the milestone of creating my own logo, I had to come up with at least 200 ideas. It was a good challenge for my creativity and a reminder that your first ideas are not always necessarily your best ones. The process had an on and off dynamic for me. Sometimes I would feel a rush of energy and be able to do 50 sketches in one sitting and sometimes I would barely have any inspiration for a single idea. An obvious take away from these past two weeks is the importance of timing yourself. I am glad that
I was able able to break the task down into smaller portions (which were totally unproportionate in relation to each other) and didn’t procrastinate as much as I usually do.
So here I am with 200 ideas. It’s now time to filter them down to 3 brilliant concepts.
