Paula Scher is an American graphic designer, painter, and art educator in design who has completely revolutionized the graphic designing industry.

She did her education at the Tyler School of Art and graduated in 1970 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts. Ever since her career has only skyrocketed. She not only became the first female to be offered the principal position at Pentagram but has developed her identity and branding with a huge range of A-list clients.

While I was looking through Paula Scher’s work, what really catches my eyes is how she meshes both fine art and graphic design together.

Lastly, another aspect of her work that completely amazes me, is her typography and bright color choices. It can look so scattered and busy, yet completely readable and eye-catching, and it takes lots of skill to do that.
