This week had some ups and downs, but I would consider it successful overall. My main focus for the week was completing the Lover’s Tempo brand guidelines book.

Monday: After the Monday ‘Monday morning meeting’ I worked on my outline and concepts for the brand book. In the afternoon I presented my ideas to Nicole and then took the rest of the afternoon to work.

Mug shot of the week. This mug reminds me of my grandma, she loved New Mexico and her apartment was full of art and trinkets that look like this.

Tuesday: I had an appointment in the morning, but in the afternoon I worked on the Lover’s Tempo brand book. I got feedback from Nicole yesterday and I applied the notes to the brand book outline.

Wednesday: It was Monday’s quarterly get-together, but I was not required to attend so I continued my work with Lover’s Tempo. I got the copy deck from Lindsay, which meant I had all the material necessary to compile both the Strategy and Design team’s work.

Thursday: I set a meeting with Nicole to go over all of the things that I had worked on during the quarterly meeting. We decided to get Matt and Ryan’s feedback to decide what was the best way to move forward. Ryan liked my use of grid and type hierarchy and provided some useful ideas on how to liven things up. I packaged everything and uploaded it to Nicole so she could deliver it to the client on Friday.
