This was my second to last week. My main focus this week was to focus solely on The May emails for Neon Buddha and see the project to its completion.
Monday: We had our normal Monday meeting with the whole team and everyone talked about how nice their weekends were because of the sun. After the meeting, I got briefed into more emails for Neon Buddha. I got to work on those and spent the rest of the afternoon laying out the copy and photos.
Side note: Monday was my cat Jinx’s first birthday.
Tuesday: I went over the work I had done yesterday and checked for little details that weren’t working. At noon I had a meeting with Nicole to go over the email layout. Nicole Helped me with some alignment problems I was having making the copy look right.
Wednesday: I had to make some icons for the emails so I got to work on those, I also had some more feedback from the email to keep working on.
Thursday: I just had a bit more feedback for the emails, it wasn’t much. In the afternoon I had my weekly check in with Nicole to go over how the week went. The week over all wasn’t too busy but it was nice to take full ownership of a project and taking it from start to end.
