Cassandra Valenzuela Poon is a first-year student residing in Vancouver, British Columbia. She took a few art history and communication courses at the University of Toronto but decided to switch after one semester. She currently studies at Capilano University in the IDEA program, in hopes of becoming a designer and illustrator.
Cassandra is working part-time at the Build-a-Bear workshop. However, when she is not working, she spends her time working on her art. Her primary focuses are portraits and landscapes, but she has created a few still life pieces. Presently, she is taking a break from creating personal pieces and is concentrating on school.
