Samantha Yeung was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Canada in 2010. She lives in Richmond and is currently a first-year student studying design at Capilano University. In addition to the fine arts, Samantha also takes interest in other subjects like biology, film, and music, and is hoping to have a chance to learn more about them for her elective fulfillments in university. She envisions pursuing a career in graphic or interactive design and is open to working in other parts of the world, namely Hong Kong, South Korea, and other parts of Asia. Apart from the classroom, Samantha enjoys watching anime and Korean dramas, searching for new music to listen to, and spending time with her friends and family restaurant-hopping around the city.
