My first day at Monday was pretty fun. I met the team during the Monday Monday morning meeting, an office-wide meeting where we all share our headlines from our weekend and our struggles and successes. The design team at Monday is Nicole, which is super cool to work with her, Matthew and Ryan who are super nice and superb with Design.
On Tuesday I got briefed into two projects, redoing some of the blogposts on Monday’s Website and a Casestudy on a project they did For Arc’teryx. I met with one of the co-founders, Dana.
By Wednesday I was working hard on assets for the Monday blog posts. I presented my concepts to Nicole and Matthew and then got started on building my designs and getting feedback.
Thursday, I was fixing up assets for the blog posts. I had a one-on-one meeting with Amanda, the other co-founder of Monday, who took me though a presentation of their company philosophy, which aligns with what I also beleive.
Friday is my day for electives but when I woke up the blog assets I had been working on were already live and posted on the Monday website which was super cool to see.
