My second week has been a good learning experience so far. I have started getting into the rhythm of working, the speed has started to pick up and the deadlines are getting shorter.
Monday: We had the “Monday” Monday-Morning meeting. Everyone shared what they’re working on and highlights from their weekend. I talked about the visit and walk I went on with my mom. After that I had a meeting with Lindsay who gave me a presentation on strategy and brand positioning, but from a copywriting and story point of view. It was a super interesting presentation.
Tuesday: I started the day with a meeting with Amanda who talked to me all about Monday’s internal marketing strategies and future goals. During the day I worked on assets for a case study that’s going on Monday’s website. I also started working on con concepts for Monday’s blog post hero images.
Wednesday: Nicole and I got briefed into ongoing marketing for Neon Buddha. I worked the rest of the day building promotional emails for Neon Buddha and graphics for Monday’s blog
Thursday: Pretty hectic day, deadlines got pushed and I had to finish all the Neon Buddha ads, videos and static, both emails and the assets for the Monday blog. The sun was shining though so I was in a pretty good mood, Nicole and I are working together really well though and I’m glad to be working with her for support
