I've been teaching at Capilano University since 1987, after several years as a therapist in private practice. My research interests have included emotions, stress, workplace stress and organizational functioning in general; personality development; and cognition (especially in the areas of consciousness, mindfulness & imagery). I'm also interested in emotion-focused, narrative & existential psychotherapy; & qualitative research design (phenomenology).
I teach Introductory Psychology, Cognitive, Personality, History of Psychology, Research Methods & Statistics, & the application of psychology to organizational performance in Organizational Behaviour. I've also been a therapist for over 30 years.

I'm very interested in applications of psychology research findings to the enhancement of personal and organizational effectiveness.
